NEW TO HYPNOTHERAPY, EFT AND NLP?
Fi provides a nurturing, calm space in which you can relax. In every session we release tension and fears and move towards love and trust. In this process you can connect with your best resources using a combined approach of hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and coaching. The sessions are generally one hour long and are tailor-made to the needs of the individual client at that time.

Hypnotherapy
During hypnotherapy the client is guided into a light trance. This is not an altered state, but a comfortable and natural state that we drift into many times each day, perhaps when staring out of a window, listening to music or driving. At all times the client remains completely in control. By entering this state, we are able to bypass the limitations of our conscious thoughts and access a deeper level of awareness that is more powerful and resourceful to change our behaviours and responses. It is much more effective to use the subconscious mind in order to make deep and lasting changes to behaviour or your experience of the world.
EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or "tapping") uses acupressure points and energy psychology to move physical or emotional symptoms through the subtle energy system in order to let them go completely. EFT is a very gentle way of approaching painful issues as it is not necessary to talk in depth about a traumatic issue in order to neutralise the painful feelings. The therapist facilitates the process allowing you to heal past trauma or hurt so that it stops affecting you in a negative way. The theory behind the energy medicines is that every ill health or emotional issue is caused by a blockage in the subtle energy system and can be moved through or unblocked by using these methods. Rather than needing needles to achieve that, like acupuncture, EFT uses tapping to connect the right points and modern psychology to direct the thoughts and feelings towards the issue that needs attention.
NLP
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an off-shoot of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and is sometimes described as hypnosis without trance. Based on our understanding of how the neurological system functions, NLP is the skilful use of language and practical application of specific techniques to change or enhance the patterns or programmes that control our behaviours. It involves working with the conscious and unconscious minds by focusing on how we organise our thoughts, feelings, language and behaviour to produce our experiences. NLP is famous for wiping out life-long phobias in minutes. It has become very popular, particularly within sports, coaching, education, self-development, therapy and corporate worlds.
my approach
I have developed a unique and tailored, wisdom-blend of hypnotherapy, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique and therapeutic coaching, which is organic and responsive to what you need. I set a specific goal in the first session and we explore your current experience and what you want instead. Then we connect into your true inner self, to experience the relaxed, effortless confidence that is already there. I generally use all of the techniques within a session but the client may be unaware of specific processes. We integrate and harmonise all that is misaligned internally, eliminating procrastination and self sabotage patterns and creating a strong, united foundation for powerful change. I have found that EFT is vital to completely release the energetic charge, or negative emotion before we rewire using hypnotherapy. You will experience deep healing through this authentic and complete release which brings you a deep understanding that you are enough. My clients often talk of aha moments and insights of enlightened understanding, about their previous behaviours and patterns. Hypnotherapy and NLP are then used to anchor you in to the desired state of mind.
Timelines and matrix re-imprinting are used to uproot and dissolve the root cause of your negative feelings, releasing you from layers of stress, anxiety, pressure and overwhelm, bringing you the freedom to lighten up. During the sessions you will learn resources to empower you to adjust your mindset to positivity and lightness.
